The staff provided really good service and were always happy to help. The gym had modern equipment, perfect for my workout routines. I especially enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service (it made getting to the beach effortless).
The air conditioning in my room was difficult to regulate. Housekeeping did miss cleaning my room on one occasion. The hotel lacks a private beach, requiring a shuttle to a public beach (which was often crowded).

wow, what a place!

The resort featured beautifully decorated rooms. the facilities were great! i was blown away by the breakfast buffet, it presented an abundance of food and beverage options to suit every dietary need , they even took food allergies seriously. the staff was attentive. Nothing seemed like too much of a burden, and i can't praise them enough. the xmas and new year celebrations including food were excellent , this was despite some wet weather!
the toilets at the private beach could use some improvement. they felt a little out of sync with the otherwise high quality of the resort.

the resort provides a regular shuttle service to the shopping center and the beach , which adds significant convenience for guests wanting to explore the area. this transportation made accessing nearby attractions very easy and stress-free.

my deluxe king guest room had a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony , plus they scheduled a shuttle to the hotel's beach. the room was spacious , modern, and included blackout curtains, which made for restful sleep.

the hotel staff were super friendly , helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to assist with any requests. the concierge even arranged individual transport to the beach when i missed the scheduled shuttle, which i appreciated a lot.

there were several amazing pools on the premises , each well-maintained with comfortable loungers nearby. the breakfast included a wide assortment of tasty food , including fresh juices and high-quality ingredients. the resort also offered a shuttle to a shopping center.

breakfast offered a large selection. the pool area always had sun beds available, which i appreciated. all restaurants had amazing staff. the hotel was fantastic and there was almost no reason to leave.
the thermostat in my room seemed a little off, and it was hard to get the temperature just right. it was either very cold or warm.

the multiple swimming pools offer plenty of space for relaxation, and they are beautifully maintained. i saw a kids' pool plus an infinity pool, and a jungle pool; all looked awesome. lava land is a great facility, keeping the kids busy.

The staff was very attentive to details. I had access to a free shuttle that frequently took me to the nearby shopping area (it was so practical!). The breakfast buffet offered various choices daily, it was always fresh. The pools were well-kept.
The gym equipment showed minimal signs of wear, like some rust on a few machines.

the staff are great and very helpful this was a definite positive.
the room was okay but we booked a swim up pool room the hotel advertised however we received a message stating it was not available and not even built we got downgraded to a smaller room the kitchen seemed chaotic after the first night of eating and we became ill after.
